About Sage

Sage Yoga & Wellness: Boise, ID; Sage Yoga & Wellness co-founders and instructors Heather Earl and Marisa Smith both trained at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica. Through learning (and loving) the Interdisciplinary style of yoga, as taught by Don and Amba Stapleton, Marisa and Heather have an eclectic vinyasa flow as their teaching style. They create classes that inspire students to awaken their own creativity as a basis for learning and growing in their yoga practice. Through a combined 15 years of teaching experience, Heather and Marisa provide a safe, supportive and grounding environment to inspire their students to challenge limiting beliefs, expand their sense of self and learn to trust in their body’s wisdom.
